II. Safety standards

1) Insurance system

- We have passenger insurance in the maximum amount of 500 million kip for every trip;

- Product insurance according to each type of product to ensure that the product reaches you safely;

- All cars in the system have insurance, meet technical standards;

- have driver insurance;

- The taxi service user app has an emergency button to press for help in case of an emergency;

2) Prohibited goods

Types of products that cannot be serviced include:

1) Types of illegal goods: drugs, opium, heroin, marijuana...

2) Tax-evading goods that have not been legally taxed

3) Dangerous goods: weapons of war, all kinds of weapons, flammable materials, general used batteries, used electronic devices

4) Objects with high pressure liquid, chemicals: gas, oxygen, spray, bar...

5) Valuables: money, gold, cash, bonds...

6) Ancient precious objects such as deer antlers, elephant tusks, Dong forest products...

7) Jewelry, gold bars, or silver bars and other jewelry with a value of more than 500,000 kip (five hundred thousand kip)

8) Human parts, bones or limbs

9) Financial documents: type of ATM card (ATM), debit card (Debit), credit (Credit), cash check, bank card or card instead of cash

Note: The shipper driver personally inspects the prohibited goods and is directly responsible for 100% illegal transportation;

3. Products that cannot be called for damages

Products that the customer cannot claim for damages in the case of broken or broken products because it is a type of product listed in the prohibited products, but the customer wants to deposit the product. The responsibility for the damage is the customer's responsibility:

1) Type of packaging that is easy to break caused by loose packaging from the customer

2) Liquid products and cosmetics: creams, lotions... with non-standard lids

3) Type of dry food that is not densely packed

4) Products with non-standard packaging such as: no bag packaging, no gas packaging...

III. Standard size and weight of the product

- We provide transportation services for goods and passengers. The customer can choose a vehicle suitable for the size and weight of the customer's package.
